General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") regulate the use of the website and the conditions for purchasing products. By placing an order on the website, the customer confirms that they fully agree to these Rules.

Products and Orders

• The ceramic items presented on the website are made from natural clay. Due to the specifics of manual processing, minor, natural differences in texture and tone may occur.
• An order is considered confirmed after the customer pays the full value of the products and receives confirmation via email or SMS message.

Prices and Payment

• All prices indicated on the website are given in the national currency (GEL), including taxes provided for by legislation.
• Payment is made via bank card or bank transfer.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery of products is carried out throughout Georgia.
• Delivery of items in stock takes 3–5 working days within Tbilisi, and 7–10 working days in the regions.
• Delivery of custom-made items takes 7–10 working days within Tbilisi, and 10–15 working days in the regions.
• Important Information: The calculation of delivery deadlines starts from the day the order is confirmed. Weekends and official public holidays are not considered working days.
• The manufacturing and delivery terms for individual or B2B orders are agreed upon separately.

Return and Exchange Policy

• In accordance with the Georgian Law on "Consumer Rights Protection", the customer has the right to refuse the distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from receiving the products.
• When returning a product, it must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The customer covers the return transportation costs (except for cases where the product is defective or does not match the order).
• Exception: Items made with an individual design or special order (including exclusive B2B products) are not subject to return unless they have a manufacturing defect.
